Remembering babies gone too soon.
Meet Angela:

I joined Twinkle Star in August of 2020 after a call was put out for volunteers in Alberta. In June of 2017, I suffered from a placental abruption at 22 weeks gestation which forced an early labor. My son Cameron was born and lived for 2 hours. He was unfortunately too young to medically intervene. I then suffered two early miscarriages - one at 9 weeks and one at 14 weeks. I was completely lost, but knew I wanted to help other women in this deeply dark situation. I am very open about these losses and want to break the stigma surrounding perinatal loss. Today, I have two living daughters, aged 6 (Paige) and 3 (Allison) and am expecting another baby in June of 2021. I take great pride in volunteering for the Twinkle Star Project and am looking forward to what the future holds with this great organization.
